Contract filling is the process by which one company (the contract filler) fills and packages products on behalf of another company. This can take various forms, from the filling of liquids and powders to the packaging of single-serve products such as sachets and stand-up pouches.

We produce the packaging (e.g. sachets) in-house and fill them inline.

We can fill a wide range of products into sachets, including liquids, powders, wipes, granulates and pastes.
These include food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and chemical products.

We do not specify minimum order quantities. This is more a question of economic efficiency. For you, too, processing, handling and transport costs are incurred regardless of the order quantity.

Below 10,000 pieces, the total price generally remains almost the same (regardless of the size and filling quantity of the sampling), as the processing costs, set-up and cleaning times and the addition of material for setting remain the same regardless of the quantity. However, we are guided by the customer’s requirements. In some cases, the bulk is also very expensive, in which case a smaller quantity may make sense.

For small quantities, digital printing is recommended instead of flexographic printing, depending on the number of printing colours. The plate costs are not incurred here. The basic price is higher, but for multi-coloured motifs (> 2 colours) it is cheaper overall. When preparing the quotation, we take into account the most cost-effective option for you.

So our recommendation would be: MOQ not less than 10,000 pieces from an economic point of view. But as mentioned above, this is ultimately at the customer’s discretion.
